Karachi question..........

I have a bunch of karachi sustenon amps and they say......

abbott karachi LTD on it. Yellow writing and everything bla bla bla. Im just concerned about the word "Abbott" and "Ltd". Are they real or fake, and has anybody actually used them thanks.
