Ive been dieting for over a month now and im looking to try soemthing that would help harden me up alittle. After looking around it seems like a Kanta and Helladrol would be the best ph cutter. My problem is that i compete in a weight class event and i cant afford to gain any extra weight, my goal is to drop another 15 lbs in fact. My deit is very low carb, about 1.2 g of protien per lb, and with a ton of greens. So far the diet is working great.
My question is do you think i could still run Kanta and still drop the lbs?
