Looks good to me. How many amps was your old receiver? If it was the same and was clipping, then this MAY not be enough. It does seem enough though. You other receiver may have just had a problem.
one thing... This has hdmi switching and no upconversion. If you have an hdmi source and it's connected, you can view it, but you cannot connect a non hdmi source and convert it up with this reciever. That may not be important to you, just pointing it out. Looks good. 105 wpc. and it does have the second room capability in case you need it.
