Just started lifting again.. wtf
Did my share of cycles lifted for 7 years straight. Since last November I haven't really lifted much at all.
Chest Tuesday, ran 3 miles. Today, wednesday, I was so tired!
Does my body need time to adjust? Any one have experiences with this? I thought excercising was suppose to give me more energy!
