I go to Pennzoil quik lube shops to get mine changed. If I just get full service oil change on a 4.0 engine it's only about $24.

Jiffy Lube would have been more expensive than that. They charge you twice if you use synthetic - you pay some ridiculous ~$10/quart synthetic surcharge there, on top of the regular price for a full oil change.
