stiches out tomm then I can start lifting again. My shoulder is uber fucked again, may have to finally go hit up surgery for this mess. I have avioded it for years with cortizone and deca. Frackal tells me of a non surgical rout I could go, but I think it involves him giving me a reach around.

When im back in a month maybe ill come by the Y and check out the legend that is you.

correctly done is should be all pull with your lats.

are you talking about the seated row for lats? man I never go ever 190 on that thing, anymore than that and i dont feel it, i'm just pulling with my whole upper body, biceps etc.
