i have always had terrible self esteem about it too.
but for the past few months and last night particularly i have finally started getting compliments that people think i am "really fucking skinny"
i just dont see it
i do NOT have the body of a fitnes chick, but apparently i am skinny compared to the average female populace
its hard to accept that compliment when i always thought i was fat
i knowi have lost lbs. but i never considered the scale a good judgement of my body's progress since ive known blimp fat ass girls that actually weight less on the scale than me, it is scary thinking about that. but my scale weight has gone way down as well as my waist size. yay

Damn thats just sad... life is hard enough.. dont got to get getting all down or yourself because you aint this or that.. as long as your are putting in effort, and really trying, the rresults will come.. I have seen people change big time, but all the big changes are behavoral.. i sware.. the rest comes.. set goals, dont hit them 98% of the time.. hit them at 100%.. leave a day a week for cheating.. hang around people who support you positively, not people who talk you down, fuck those pricks, changing your body is hard enough with out nay sayers..
