in my mother's pharamcy mag. I don't recall the actual name of the mag. As soon as I fix my damn scanner I will post up the actual article. The FDA will soon start regulating suppliments. Not what they're made up of, but simply that they HAVE to do what they say they're going to do. You know how a lot of these companies are basically full of sh*t and want to make money? Well now they're going to really have to produce the results they claim...I think that's actually good news. Not that I buy any of that stupid sh*t anyway, but those who are not educated in the matter will stop being ripped off...I guess.

Last semester I read an article about dietary suppliments, it claimed there were 25,000 products on the market and only about 8,000 of these are on file with the FDA. A lot of people making big bucks on lame consumers.

Some of the products out there are a bar of soap that washes the fat away & the fat blocking pill that allows you to eat whatever you want......COME ON!

The sup companies are going to come up with more bogus studies than the ones I see on this board.
