I need to look up how long those songs are to find my per mile time.

I put on some gangsta rap and gradually advance to hip-hop then old school R&B like LL Cool J when I run those distances on a t-mill.

4:56
5:05
4:53
7:14

So...
22:08 for 2.5 miles... just under 9 minute miles.... god damn.. and to think i used to be a competative runner.

its not bad you just weren't going as fast as you could. Maybe alot of it was uphill?

I want to know how many of you guys over 200lbs can go out and run a couple miles and live to post about it

The best bro...Wait to you here some of his drum tracks for the new album. Fierce sounds and tones and rhythms that you have never heard before.

Easily bro. Last time I ran 2 miles and timed it, it was 13:20. Nearly died though.

well..not great- but hey every time my running time gets better- my squat/deadlift weight gets worse...personally- id rather have the heavy lifts:)

best modern rock drummer i can think of.. maybe neil pert is better technically.. but danny blows anyone away with unique time signatures.

For the record, I haven't run regularly in a long time.

In 2001 I ran a challenging half marathon with hills in 1:41

PR in 3 miles is 17:45
PR is 2 miles is 10:53
PR in 1 mile is 4:56
PR in 800m is 1:52
PR in 400m is 54

Im heavy and hadn´t run in a looong time I did 8.12 MPH (13 km/h) for 10 minutes the other day, I was finished after and got leg muscle soreness the next day.

2.16 km... only 1.35 mile in 10 minutes

barf

260lb here bro....and I can EASILY run a 10 minute mile.....and probably an easy 25 minute 2 mile.....lol.

I hate running....I'd rather do math, than run a mile.
