Just purchased SuS 250 help whats with this glass shit it comes in

Just purchased sus 250 and they come one a shot in like a little ass glass thing which first off is hard as hell to get off but i messed my first shot up because i cant get the needle in the bottleto suck it out its small how do i go about geting the sus out of there

score the top with a file, pop the top of and draw with a large gadge pin. replace the drawing pin with a smaller gadge to inject.
its cool lots of good gear comes in amps, esp. primo and sus.
