i stick them up my nose. no seriously... my plan is to take 4 before my workout, and then take 4 before bed. how do you all like to do it?

Glutamine is the only one i've tried so far.

BCAAs? I bring 4-5 in one of my power chew travel tubes and chew one eery other exercise or so. 4 is a serving but sometimes I need 5 if I'm there a while
