Well after a few days, I can hoestly say...It tastes great mixed with protein powder or PW shake....and, I did squats on Saturday for the first time in 2 1/2 weeks and did legs for the first time in like 1 1/2 weeks. %x5 routine. Thought I would've been a lot sorer than I was. Didn't hurt more the 2nd day either. I had rack deaeds today, after doing them last week, I'll see how that feels tomorrow. Been using it with CEX as well however too.
