I haven't eaten yet today and it's 9:00 pm (I've been up since 5:00 am today). :(

I'd be a mess. Their would be big problems for anyone around, I don't do well if i don't eat for 3 hours.

That's almost exactly what I had for dinner after the gym. Used regular pasta instead of angel hair.

I tried ecstasy a few days ago with my friends. I believe ecstasy was originally a diet pill seeing as I didn't eat for three days straight. I just wasn't hungry at all.

Yeah by that point I'd be a real bitch. I get very cranky without food .

dB - Well since I don't have hours to make a homemade sauce like my mom makes... I just got a good marinara from Trader Joe's. Then I brown some lean ground beef. Throw in the sauce and some extra spices and let simmer for awhile.

I'd much rather have homemade sauce!

Poor baby... no carbs for you. I couldn't do it. I just try to cut down on them whenever possible.

Thats what i'll be doing after I get lean. I'm tired of bulking and cutting.

You mean to tell me that there is such a thing as sauce that does not come from a jar. :)

i hear that although i'm not nearly as big as you. currently doing the cutting cycle that'll hopefully get me down to 8% bf, then i'll simply maintain that and just do "lean" bulking.

dieting sucks.

Pasta sauce is the easiest thing in the world to make. Tomatoes, onions, garlic, fresh basil, black pepper, salt....you don't even have to be very exact...just add as you go til' it tastes right. Get one of those mini food processors...it makes just enough sauce for two servings. If you don't give a damn about calories...chop two pieces of bacon finely and fry them up first. Then sautee the onions in the bacon grease alongside the bacon bits. After that, reduce the heat and add garlic, pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Throw all that (still hot, but not too hot) into the food processor along with some plum tomatoes (seeds removed) and process to your desired consistency. Add basil next...then salt and pepper to taste. Excellent sauce every time...and always fresh. Total time to do this is less time than it will take to get your water boiling and your pasta cooked.

Nice one.

I put an egg or two in mine as well as sweet sausage.

making good sauce with meatballs is easy, but takes time. make the meatballs (ground beef, an egg, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, parm cheese, etc), brown, put in large pot with unflavored tomato sauce (usually comes in a 28 oz can), add a couple bay leafs, bring to boil and simmer for 4 or 5 hours. the meatballs will flavor the tomato sauce as they cook. perfect sauce every time. i like to chop up a bell pepper and add to the sauce. i love the taste of green cooked peppers. :p
