That's my boy! He has 18 inch. arms some you can get a pretty good idea how big I am. You got that right! I need to lean up a bit before I rebuild this time. Lots of work but it's going good. Thanks....

Thanks! I'm on a really good diet and lot's of cardio. I have a feeling I'm going to get stuck around 185 lbs. though. We will see.....
