just injected 2.5cc in delt, THIS HURTS!!!

I injected sus and norma aka deca in the side delt, it didn't hurt when the needle went in but now it hurts like shit!! I always had shots in my arm around the same area and have never had any pain at all! The needle was 23g 1.0! Did I do something wrong or was it just to much juice!! HELP!!

You may have injected too fast... I get almost 0 pain when i go nice and steady... Factors that can cause pain are the type of gear (sust+deca), speed of injection, and steadiness of the hand... If you were shaking at all or you injected real fast ,that is probably what is making it hurt...

2.5 cc's is a lot for the delt. Medical practice recomends no more than 1cc in this injection site, but most of us have meatier delts than the average joe. But 2.5cc's is still a lot for the delt hence the irritation. Your needle size was fine however.

most likely cause for your discomfort would be the volume you hit up....i did 1.5 a couple of days ago and my delts are still a little irritated

Sus. can hurt like a bitch. Next time shot the Sus in the glute area.
