Just got the flu shot today

Okay, I did it. My arm is a bit sore, but no biggie. I know there are a lot of people who don't like the whole flu shot idea, but I never seem to have any problems. I thought I'd post up how I feel for the next week or so...see if I can recognize any side effects.

I always debate whether to get the flu shot. I get the flu once every 4-5 years and it puts me in bed for at least a week. Maybe I should get one this year....

Right - so every time you cough or sneeze, you can smile to yourself and think, "mmm, these are boyfriend germs!"

...Not that I've ever been so whipped or anything.

Have you seen that commercial for the flu vaccine that you ingest nasally? I can't remember the name of it, but I just saw the commercial last night. Now that's the way to go.
