I'm training 6 days a week pushin, not much cardio but the weathers getting nice so I'll be playing bball alot! And my diet is high Protien I don't really could calories but I eat alot of fish,chicken,steak with veggies every night, and I snack on fruits during the day! Can't get enough grapes bro!
Today was my first day did 1 scoop of n2bulk with 2 n2burn and 1 n2slin this morning, ate went and lifted, then went a played basketball, took another slin ate and just took 2 more burns did ab ripper and took my last slin with 2 scoops of bulk and now I'm bout to eat dinner
