Just got back....

from the doctor and he said the reason my hips hurt was arthritis and from dancing- then he gave my a shot in the ass some steroid to help with the pain and immflamation.
Then he put me on a trial of lexepro some kind of anti depressant.
He told me no exercise for 12 days, and he listened to my heart for about 10 minutes and said he heard a faint murmur; made me get a thyroid test- but i wont know the results for a few days.
I'm kinda worried a tiny bit there is some family history of heart problems.
It's all good though it may be nothing to worry about.

it is mild arthritis another of my family traits i recieved hopefully it doesnt progress and i find out it is rheumatoid arthritis like my mother has, that would suck.
