Just got androgel 5mg

I'm 27 years old and new to the steroid world. My doctor just prescribed me 5mg androgel for low testosterone levels. My Testosterone levels were really low I guess, 197 NG/gl. I was reading around the site about other peoples experiences with androgel and there didn't seem to be a consensus on its effectiveness. Does this stuff work or no? Also with such a low T level is this the right steroid for me? Thank you in advance for any help.

This is the only AAS I ever attempted to use, many years ago in my younger days. Your experience may differ from mine, as my doctor did not prescribe. I tried to get it from him, but my T levels were in the "higher" range. I decided to use because I was being an arrogant shmuck and wanted an "easier way" to make gains.

Yes, it certainly does work. I did enjoy additional aggression in the gym and found mild increases in strength, sex drive, and weight gain with a slight increase in water retention.

I used 5mg once daily for approximately 10 weeks and enjoyed the best results towards the end of that period. This is also when I discontinued useage because I was beginning to get "puffy nips" so to speak. I did not have any ancillaries on hand (being a total n00b) and the problem did get a bit worse after I discontinued usage. I did however keep most of the gains I saw, although I can't say how much of them. I doubt that you will need any ancillaries while using this product but it couldn't possibly hurt to have something on hand, just in case.

That is my experience anyhow, it is not a very strong product to say the least but certainly beneficial if you do some homework. I found I didn't really need it as I was still young and had a long way to go in terms of diet and training. I'm sure other bros have insight for you on this product as well.

Yes it works........... but not very well.

In addition to rubbing it on shoulders and arms, rub 2 squirts on the inside thighs, way up high. That will give you a better feel for Test.

Go back to your Dr. in a month and tell him you feel like Superman... only the Andro gel is messy. Ask him if you could try injecting it. That's how I got my Test script almost 5 years ago. Don't fear the needle, bro. Good luck !

At 27 I'd look into some other alternatives. If you start with any replacement your levels will continue to fall and you'll become dependent on it. Stress can lower T. I'd suggest trying some supps (UNLEASHED, VIGOR, Dermacrine) and giving it time. If you're chronically low after a few months then use the injectable. It's easier and a lot cheaper.
