Those are alot of aftermarket parts. Totally legal. Anywho I have that EXACT same front pistol grip on the slide of my home defense shotgun. I have a mossburg 500a with a pistol grip on the front and back, with an 18" barrel (the legal limit). It holds 6 12 guage 3" magnums. Pretty much ideal for home defense in an apartment. Failing that, I can just gram by ar-15. I have 6 30 round mags for it, but would rather no use that where I live because of a serious overpentration problem. I would feel bad if I killed 17 people shooting one burgler.

Oh wait, I didn't see the barrel. Yeah you need a class III license to own taht legally in the States. Anywho all of my guns are technically legal, although some kind of skirt the law, but they are legal. I live in Texas though. The laws are a bit loose here. I couldn't imagine living in a state where they wouldn't let the average person own an ar-15. Anywjo. I'm sure peeps go, "wait... I thought you were a liberal?" I am, I believe that gun ownership should be enforced in order to ensure the safety of our rights. It should be a felony for any adult man, able to use one to NOT own an assault rifle. The federal government should issie am ar-15 as a standard part of the package when one gets their high school diploma.

Mine is 2 3/4" only and holds only 3 rounds. Not really a problem for me. I just need a Surefire on it !

BTW didn't you think about having Frangible rounds in your AR-15 ?

Manny I have alot of polymer tiped rounds, and they do a good job of exploding, but alot of them send fragments a very long distance even after hitting a liquid filled target. I used to do that, but now that I'm in an apartment, I think the shotgun is a better choice. I use 3" mags with #4 shot with a max dram equivalent.
