My operation was basic as hell..my tit just throbbed a little the day of and I was back in the gym 2 days later..with a limited range of motion of course but training bicpeps and triceps and back wasn't too bad and of course legs.

I am a lucky dude.

My girl is a doctor. She has a really great friend who is a board certified plastic surgeon. She has done over 400 of these procedures. I had to pay for the anesthetic(sp?) $400 and for the use of the ER $1500. I got out paying only $1900. Not bad!

I was ready t pay $6500 in houston. It is worth evry penny!!

im considering the surgery too. probably sometime this next year. i just keep thinking what else i could do with that money.

It will hurt for two to four weeks. Keep your self wrapped, compression vest etc, for at least two weeks to help the skin shrink back, so as to not sag. Mybe not train upper body for two weeks. Get some good pain killers and enjoy them. Come back slowly.

i was out 4 weeks and it hurt pretty bad sometimes, had to wear the compression vest for 3 weeks too. But today 3 months later im loving every bit of it. No more worries about puffy nips!!!!!!!woo-hoo!!!!!!!
