just finish glute injection litle pain on left arm

i inj in both glutes 2.5 ml rigth arm no pain
left glute feels hard .
just a litle bit of oil came out on the left
glute.

is that normal and i will be going to the gym in 1 hour

Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't. The other day when I injected some fina into my right leg it got sore and stiff, but it's fine now.
