Just did Cardio - Pumps - help purleaseeee

I just pretty much did my first proper session of cardio..... ever!

I did 45 minutes at 7kmh (shifting between 5.5 up to 8 with an avg. of 7) on an empty stomach.

The pump in my tibialis anterior (shin muscle) was absolutely sick and painful like I cannot explain). I am on cycle at the moment so I know that is a contributing factor but is there anything I can do to stop this pain or are there alternative exercises that would not cause this pump?

Cycle is going great at the moment and other than a little too much excess water retention, everything is under control and it's going great.

By the end of this cycle I think I'll be at 275-280 but am in need of remaining lean, possibly burning off a little fat. My diet is excellent.

Cardio suggestions purleaseeeeeee :p

Currently running sust 500mgs a week, 20mgs dbol (only days im hitting weights pre-workout) and 50mgs winny daily.

Also on nolvadex, getting loads of green tea, dandellion root, and 2 sugar free red bulls a day - 1 pre workout and 1 in the morning.

Taurine is said to help.
I had the same problem with same dosages. But I could barely run few hundred yards or walk to school. I had to rest or decrease my speed very visuably.
Took 3-4 weeks to disappear

I know what you mean. I had to fight with myself not to give up. Walking at 4kmh is fine but if I go over 5 it becomes unbearable.

Do you know what amount of taurine? I am getting a lot already from my current protein shakes but will increase it if need be :)
 
Well , I usually see 3-6 gram for most people. But it might only help a little. Depends on person.

Funny thing is, I always walk very fast, and at the time I got shin pumps, I was slowing down to turtle speed.
I only had 2-3 back pumps in the whole cycle by the way.
