ok do this
1-10 sust 375mg 1cc once a week
5-10 winny 50mg ED
1gram of protein per pound of body weight
40 mins cardio am and pm
no carbs past 1:30
 
First: This is NOT a flamethread so please dont take it that way. I think u should hold off the juice for a while there bro. U say u've been training systematically for 18 months besides that construction job. Well that isn't nearly long enough to get close to ur natural limits. That is what the juice is for - to break through that barrier. U'll get a LOT more out of the juice if u got what u could natty first. Besides the single most important prerequisite for succesfull juicing is having ur diet down which u say u don't. A few shakes here and there isn't gonna cut it. I think u should devote a lot of attention to ur diet. If u take ur time u can actually get ur bf down without too much loss of muscle natty. Then later on when it becomes time to crack the amps start out with one compound only (primo or test). That way u can take corrective action immediately if problems should arise. I like the looks of that cutter that has been suggested but that would be perfect for someone with a few cycles under his belt.

sust is the last test I would use if trying to burn fat bro. I would go with enan or cyp if you can get it. But if you run the sust and are trying to burn fat as well as build muscle I would run anavar the first 5 weeks, and winstrol the last 5.
IMO sust is the most bloating of all tests.

hmm sustanon for cutting? Sust is generally thought of as a bulking steroid, but I guess you could cut on it too if you were disciplined enough.
