Just completed my 100day Prop/Tren/Mast cycle, best run i've ever had.

I cant compare mate as I wont use tren ,something about it scares the shit out of me :worried: I ran halo@20mg ed along side 100-150mg of npp eod and 1ml of sust eod,started the cycle and added the halo 2 weeks in and fuck me thats some serious shit.. smashed every pb Ive ever had in 25 days
same its so toxic be nice to see what it dose when ran @70+mg ed like var :evil:
might try tren one day but not any time soon
 
tonyroma - what exactly was your 2500 calorie diet during your cycle? you mentioned 70/20/10 on page 2 (I think) so I'm curious what exactly you ate? I think my metabolism is like yours so I'm looking for some help...thanks

I ate 6 times a day around 450 cals each meal

My only carbs I ate were 1 hour before my workout (fruits/glucose sugars)and 30 minutes after my workout-- Oats and brown rice (mostly complex)

Vegtables and whole food protein (chicken, steak, fish, shrimp) with every meal

I consumed casein protein before bed for slower absorbtion throughout the night. Met-rx

40 gram protein shake with every meal, consumed about 300-400g's throughout day.

2 multivitamins ed, creatine, no2, omega-3, flaxseed,

ECA stack for pre-workout energy.

No probs whatsoeva.

The only thing that was messed up was my cardio, Tren definetely got me outta breath pretty quick but I just went at a slower pace for a longer time....
