Letting you know I'm alive and well...thanks for all the PMs....I checked myself into chemical dependency "Glenbeigh" on July 30th and am still there living in a half way house with 5 guys. Best move of my life....strength is going through the roof, back to work with a new job, and feeling good....my diet is still off, low in cals, but I'm gaining mass, gaining much needed body fat, and am sitting around 175lbs at 6'2....still got a looong road, but it's coming....thanks boys!
