Just came back from blind date - awful!

Wow it was so boring. We had absolutely nothing in common.. she doesn't deadlift and doesn't even know what it stands for. She is uneducated, never even finished High School. We watched American Wedding, it was pretty funny, but the old rich guys with their 20 year hot girlfriends really piss me off. Another thing that pissed me off is couples standing on the sidewalk and kissing. Fuck you mother fuckers. I give up on women. I could have hooked up with her so easily.. I started touching her thigh playfully and she didn't even mind. However I found it exciting that I didn't give in to my desires and just shunned her away. Anyway, drove her home, told her goodbye, "hope to see you again"..... we both of us knowing that we never will.

No I did not. It was flaccid throughout the evening. I felt no attraction whatsoever, and was envious of the girls in the movie theather.

Fuck I have been training for so long and so heavy, and still never expose my body. Who the fuck do these gay mother fuckers think they are?

sin.. was it flustrating to see all these hot women taken.... and the sudden realization that you won't ever see most of them naked? Its a daunting vision :(
 
have you ever deadlifted in the sea? its excellent if your sticking point is just off the floor. i spent the night at a bar/club with my brother and a few friends, all of whom are maried. all the hotties were 10 years younger than me. at least you felt a little leg.
 
Actually, Vasiliy Alexeyev used deadlifting in the lake as part of his training. He would bury the barbell on the bottom, and then explode with it under the water and rack it. I think I saw a picture of that somewhere.. gona have to find it.

I use to enjoy reading your posts about olympic lifting and your training, because it was interesting that you taught it all to yourself. But for some reason you keep harassing me while I had done nothing to you.

i need to find a gym with a water tank so i could give that a try. would definitely need the rubber bumper plates, the metal plates would rust after it catches on.

1. Revex * 2, not revex ^2.

2. Saw a bar loaded with 2 plates on each side. Never held so much weight in my arms before on any lift. Picked it up barely, after that I was hooked.

Actually... I was married... I got divorced... My ex and I were apart for a year... she started deadlifting... and we got back together for a second try... but we haven't remarried yet. (actually there is more to the story... but she does deadlift now:D .)

I actually don't deadlift all the time... I usually do a 2 month blitz every couple months and then back off and just stick to rack deads at the knees. It is tough to incorporate Squats into a weekly work-out when you are deadlifting all the time.
