At least take it pre and post workout, always nice before your last meal to prevent any chances of fat accumulation.

I take one before breakfast, lunch, workout and dinner

It is best used am and pre work out 30 mins before meals. Then before bed. 1 cap each time will work perfect for anyone 190 or below if you are getting close to 200 or above then take 2 caps the first 2 doses then 1 before bed.
