The chick was hilarious for like the first 20 min of the movie, but i got tired of her shit fast and by the end i wanted to strangle her every time she opened her mouth. (juno, not my date)

since I'm a writer myself, I could appreciate the movie on more than a superficial level. It was one of the best written movies I've ever seen. And that little Elen Page isn't "physically" my type.......but I loved her personality. I love mouthy, sassy chicks like her. But she's so damn tiny though.

No offense, but you must be a shitty writer if thats what you look up to.

Its like Cody searched the internets reading blog after blog and pasting it all together in something that made only marginal sense. She was trying way too hard to create her own little sub-language.

The best written movies are the ones that are timeless. Juno's dialogue will stop making sense 5 minutes from now.

no offense to you, but you're only looking at movies "superficially". That's fine.......that's what most people do. I'm just looking at the movie differently. It's a different kind of movie, I get that. But the writing was flawless. The character development, of all the characters.......was phenomenal. If you didn't like it, that's fine.........not all movies are for everyone. I'm sure alot of people didn't like Rambo, yet I thought it was the best written Rambo to date. I've seen movies before that I didn't particularly care for, but I can acknowledge a well written and well put together movie.

No, I dont look at movies superficially. It was a tired story with cliched characters. Diablo knew this and tried to make up for it with the pathetic dialogue.

We can go back and forth on film if you want...it seems that most others on here dont have the respect for it that (perhaps) you and (I know) I do.

For instance, someone who looks at film "superficially" probably would have hated the ending of No Country For Old Men, or even further...the ending of Sunshine. Then again, having good taste in films is a part of my job.

i like it to be honest. it was a feel good movie. not alot of those around lately (unless its a comedy).

it was just a good movie.

she did get a little annoying, saying dude alot, i was real high durign the movie and saw it with a bunch of guys and was a little embarrased.
