So I will be competing this Saturday and will attempt my first junkload! I was wondering what foods are best for this approach? I know high fats and simple carbs. I'm an ectomorph, very low bf % and doing a carb backload. Carb loading mon-weds this week and switching to fats Thurs and Fri with no direct carb sources. Thanks fellas!!
