im currently on a misson to regain my 30lbs that i lost within the last month. so i upped my cals to 7500.

my favorite so far is adding an ice cream sandwich.

any one have good recipes?

780 g protein would be 112g x 7 meals (about) or how do you intent to consume at that level??

10g fish oil via fish oil??

hmm... if memory is correct needto's protein bars are 350 cals per bar... all good stuff..

just asking more than offering advice, my experience is more in to the getting thinner than bigger..

i eat 10 meals per day on off days and 11 meals on training days. i sleap in 3-4 hour intervals to allow a better diet plan also. all broken down its not that much into each meal. i dont buy into the every human on the face of the earth can only digest 40g of protein crap. we are all different. i eat like a machine and i always have. as a little boy maybe about 8 i would eat a whole pack of hot dogs at a time or almost a whole box of ceriel and i was never fat or skinny just stocky and strong. but i do understand that for most people this is not the case. i am positive that most of what i eat is used. there have been times where i was feeling lazy on a couple days off and ate only maybe 5500 cals split between the same 10-11 meals and actually lost a couple lbs and started to flatten out. i also felt hungry before my normal eating times and was at a loss for energy.
 
i do take fish and flax oil daily along with dx7 multi-v and plenty of spinach and broccoli. the mix of simple carbs with the complex in every meal along with the plain beef and veggi variety and sups listed all add to the ability to consume more food. getting the balance down is a bitch

yeah the diet is expensive as hell. i grocery shop 4-5 times per wk and spend over 100.00 on every trip. sometimes over 200.00 probably about 60-70% of that is for me the other stuff is for my wife and 4 step kids. and i buy the cheap stuff now. before we started taking such a financial loss i was eating nothing but strips, filets, and t-bones. now i just look at them and drool as i pick up the top rounds and london broil.
