Have you seen an ENT and had a CT scan done to check out your septum?

Well, my tests came back with 9 instances ... not breathing/lack of oxygen/and hell I don't even know what the other was. I was too pissed when they told me I needed 40 instances.

Seriously, my problem is waking up from a dead sleep, or stop breathing! I'm supposed to do that 40 times?

No haven't had that checked out. They measured my neck and all that good stuff.. even played with my cankles.

Said the measurments were normal etc.

Some people have facial deformities that may cause the sleep apnea. It simply may be that their jaw is smaller than it should be or they could have a smaller opening at the back of the throat. Some people have enlarged tonsils, a large tongue or some other tissues partially blocking the airway. Fixing a deviated septum may help to open the nasal passages. Removing the tonsils and adenoids or polyps may help also. Children are much more likely to have their tonsils and adenoids removed.

well, im suffering the high blood pressure thing.. when i went for my test.. no shit it was 160/75 I've NEVER in my life had high blood pressure before. It pisses me off that the sleep center said i was considered 'normal'
