ok...went to the therapist yesterday and it was very interesting to say the least. i learned alot and i am happy that this guy know's what the hell he's talking about....he actually sat me down and spoke to me for about an hour about things we were going to try...stretching, working out, posture etc etc. he explained to me why i feel the way i do and not just what it is that is causing my pain.
i'm going to go twice a week after work and hopefully in 6 weeks i'll feel a little better. somethign that concerned me was when the doc asked if i had shoulder surgery...i replied yes...torn labrum...he told me my
right scapula is noticeably smaller then my left...ok now i'm pretty pissed off

i have no clue how to get this back to normal.....maybe i can use tre's help with this? not sure but i had my fiance take a pic of my back not flexed and i can tell the difference. so for me right now this is an issue that needs to be addressed. not sure how to get this back on par...
