Stuffing in cals sucks, I have to do it......typically carbs are more fun to eat, so a lot of guys just eat their steak/chicken/fish/whatever first like it is their job, then go to town on everything else as the idea is that anybody can scarf down things like mashed potatoes, etc etc.......What I do so I don't get full is inhale, lol......if I don't give my brain time to signal that I'm full, it's good.
