yep...today is my b-day....how depressing lol. thx for the b-day wishes!!!
yeah eating all these excess carbs is taking a toll on me...forced a bowl of kix in last night b/c i couldn't eat anymore oats or rice lol. i'nm def getting bloated and imo look worse. but when i cut again hoepfully they'll be some more muscle...that's the plan anyway

thx sbt...i did some hiit in the gym....cooked some chicken and rice...and watched the season premier's of house and the standoff...aaaahhh life is good

hahaha.....thx sarge you da man!!! newcastle huh....we just got that on tap a few weeks ago at my bar....hands down my fav tap drink!! never tried it before then. tonight i get my birthday cake from my woman and my dog it's devils cake with cream cheese vanilla icing...ooohhh boy!!!! i will easily hit 5000 cals by days end!!!

to think... i haven't even gotten a call from my mother yet, but people whom i've never met before are singing me songs and sending me birthday wishes....weird. i don't think my mother wanted children...especially not someone that was an inch away from riding the small bus to school. poor mom...what a dissappointment i am..at least i don't still live at home

oh and llk....thx for stopping bye and reading my log...but mostly stay classy!
