Hmmmmm, I think it's just a matter of what YOU want to do. If you're really set on making 7-8% you might as well do it now while your so close. Shouldn't take much!jpt said:ok...measured my bf% this morning and it read 9.0% did it a few times and it came up with that number 3x in a row. my weight this morning was 163lbs. i'm pretty pumped with these numbers!! not sure if i should continue to keep hacking away and try to get to my goal of 7%-8% or throw in a bulk cycle for like 6 weeks maybe get to like 11% bf and cut again? what is the best thing to do here? i'm in no rush...no dates are set....i'm continuing to see progress throught this diet. ideally i would like to have a bit more bulk on me with the same bf%.... maybe 168-170lbs at 9% instead of 163lbs.... what you guys think? bulk or no bulk?
i have been dieting for about 20 weeks.....(if i didn't drink i prob could have gotten where i'm at in about 15 weeks but oh well.....we need to have fun right?)
