ok...measured my bf% this morning and it read 9.0% did it a few times and it came up with that number 3x in a row. my weight this morning was 163lbs. i'm pretty pumped with these numbers!! not sure if i should continue to keep hacking away and try to get to my goal of 7%-8% or throw in a bulk cycle for like 6 weeks maybe get to like 11% bf and cut again? what is the best thing to do here? i'm in no rush...no dates are set....i'm continuing to see progress throught this diet. ideally i would like to have a bit more bulk on me with the same bf%.... maybe 168-170lbs at 9% instead of 163lbs.... what you guys think? bulk or no bulk?

i have been dieting for about 20 weeks.....(if i didn't drink i prob could have gotten where i'm at in about 15 weeks but oh well.....we need to have fun right?)
Hmmmmm, I think it's just a matter of what YOU want to do. If you're really set on making 7-8% you might as well do it now while your so close. Shouldn't take much!

Awesome job on the 9%!

my goal to finally look good naked has been acheieved.....now i want to look great naked :p

i keep saying i'm going to stop cutting and start bulking every week... but every week i keep seeing reults so it's hard to fix what's not broken. we'll see...i can never make up my mind!

diet log

meal 1
- mhp shake with 1/2 cup of oats
- multi
- vitamin e and b12
- fish oil
- 1 green tea (running low :worried: )

meal 2
- 2 cups of eggwhites cooekd in olive oil

meal 3
- 6oz chicken breat
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 green tea

****rest of the day****

meal 4
- 1 can of tuna

pre-workout amp02 10 caps

pwo mhp shake w/ strawberries and banana

meal 5
- maybe catfish or my left over chicken soup i made that was insanely awesome!!! i'll post recipe innext post

meal 6
- handful of almonds and walnuts

recipe for homemade soup

skinless boneless chicken breasts
carrots
celeray
1 onion (don't cut up onion...put in whole and then take out when soup is done)
3 whole galric cloves (you can slice them or do as the onion...doesn't matter)
small dab of onion powder
small dab of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
5-8 chicken boullion cubes (i use 8)
1 tablespoon of paprika


fill 3/4 of a large pot with water. throw in everything and let it cook with a very small flame for about 2 hours....keep covered. i used whole wheat pasta as my noodle...besides the sodium it's a pretty clean meal...

let me know if anyone tries it....i love it!
 
:wavey: Hey there! Hmm... that recipe sounds good :p Little hot here for soup though... will definately keep it in mind for the fall though :)
