JP Morgan buys WaMu...

always good to have your passport (one or two extras if possible - not all identical), and about $30,000 in "flight cash" locked in a safe at home. Also good to know a good defense attorney.

Don't forget a shovel, some gloves and everyone needs atleast one roll of duct tape.

ZERO DEBT.

I paid attention in school. Ask if I care about bailouts and bankruptcies and loans. :)

Banks can no longer borrow. So liquidity is at an all-time low. And with properties tanking - no one wants to throw money at them (why?). This country has been booming through borrowing while the economy has been SHRINKING (don't believe me? look up the value of the dollar last 20 years, and look up the trade deficit. This means economy is SHRINKING while BORROWING. Guess what the end result is?).

I know what it is - that credit limit has been reached. Think of this nation's credit card has finally been cut off. Now time for a 'correction', or as Boosh and Co would like it -- have YOU pay for it slowly while foreigners lend us the money quickly. The worst case scenario is deflation. Have fun with $150/b oil, declining revenues and lowered salaries/high unemployment. Deflation is an economy killer.

Oh and Govt can't borrow either - cuz it'll crash the dollar even lower. And we all saw that $140 barrel oil is the limit before the economy falters. Go thank yourself for voting in Bush twice and his $1T war. Well done Americans. You voted him in twice - now watch your standard of living fall for you middle-aged debt-ridden slave to the paycheck baby boomers. Micheal Moore and John Kerry are getting the last laugh.

Well done America. Reap what u sow. You know my favorite saying. :)

You voted for him too. I already busted you on that months ago and quoted where you said it.

puddle have you really been withdrawing money the past couple of weeks?

wondering if i should...just have some cash around just in case

Yeah, I'm waiting for my new checks and credit card in the mail from Wells so I can go pull the last few thousand out and be done with it.

Cash can be tricky, never good to have a bunch of it sitting around at home. Greenbacks I keep on-hand sit in a $8,000 foundation bolted safe. It's fire proof, bullet proof, flood proof, and apparently retard proof as I struggle to get into it most of the time.

damn. lol

I'm fucked in a real emergency. I have no cash whatsoever at home. Not even 20 bucks on me right now.

I never voted for bush. I forget who I voted for, but it was an independent. Sometimes in conv. I'll say Bush just to avoid a long conversation of which guy I voted for, why, blah blah blah.

Yeah I forgot who I voted for too. I think it started with a B though and it may have ended with an H. But I just don't remember.

Yeah, this is big news for me. I was interviewing with Chase all summer and then they had hiring freeze.

But guess who called this morning?
