well i am on a very strict diet.....and now i do cardiao 40min am and 40min pm every day.....days i don't lift usually sat sun i still do 40min cardio....


yes i just started fat burner 2 weeks ago

im even leaner today......i will take another pic in about a week

im keeping the weight up the best i can......at 207 today

i dont dj anymore, work too much.. djing wears me out to the point of not functioning well at work... too much missed sleep,,, place is called insomnia..lol

lol i went there a few times

my usual night was tei tei.....then walk to candle or something.....i lived right on richard....walking distance from candleroom, sense , tei tei and the old monk
 
Kick ass job so far!
Keep the diet tight and make it do all the work.
Your waist looks smaller.
I have the most trouble there.
Keep hammering away.
Make some of these women post up boob/ass shots for motivation!

Unless you plan on wearing baggy jeans all the time (believe me though, the NO glutes shows through though), only developing your upper body looks really odd.

You may not want to compete, but the one thing that will ENSURE you are not going to win as soon as you get on the stage is when the whole audience ripples with 'he's got no legs'.

It also looks really odd when you see guys out in the summer in vest tops/tank top/wife beaters, all buff up top with NO CALVES (this is usually all you will see cause they are wearing those baggy super long shorts) cause the don't have a decent set of legs on them.

I am going to a bodybuilding comp tomorrow, I am sure there will be at least one person with this phenomena.

I will see if I can get a pic so you can see what I mean.

I was playing around legs are really important.. I did legs today... :chomp:
