Joints

I'm almost 50 now, and I having a harder time training, mainly because I feel my joints are less capable of handling stress than in the past.

Would love to hear about what others have done to re-inforce their joints.

Just a few month older then you.
I have tries all the over the counter stuff and I got nothing out of any of it. I mean I spent the last couple of years messing around with it. Just out a lot of money is really all I can say.
Then I started low dose Deca. By low dose I am meaning a theraputic dose of 125mg/week. I do this along with my HRT and it worsk with no sides at all. I would suggest this to anybody. At this dose my bloods are just fine and my joint are excellent.
