Joint support!

The weights keep increasing but i feel a lot of strain on my left
elbow joint when pushing.
Anyone know good joint support supps?

Is it your actual joint or tendon big difference :)
 
sounds like you've got tendonitis I have the very same problem in my right elbow I have to warm up really good can't do skull crushers anymore and the first set on the bench always kills me but once the blood is flowing it's all good
 
There are some stretching exercises that you can use to help stretch the tendons. Search the internet and you should come across several examples. I had a bout of tendonitis earlier this year and the stretching helped a lot.
 
I struggle with Joint/Tendon pain also. Warm up is key... I take bunch of supps, but honestly I cannot tell a difference, haven't found a miraculous supp... Drink your water, Warm-Up and if it hurts don't keep going...
 
you dont need supps or medication, like terp said the stretches really are the best thing!
i had a similar problem for months and didn't go to Doc till it was throbbing day and night.
Doc sent me to physical therapy, i went 1 time, they tought me the stretches to day at home,
week and a half pain was gone.
once in awhile it flares backups i'll just start the stretches again and in a few days its gone.
the stretches are so simple I'm sure you could find something on google. Good luck!
