My shoulders pain following a set or 2 of skull crushers and my elbows pain after one-arm dumbell rows.
Its only been happening recently. None of those movements are new to me of course and my form is correct.
what gives?
Im currently on Sus (750 mg/week), eq (600 mg/week), proviron ... I haven't started winny yet. (that comes in shortly)
Nothing serious ...but its annoying nonetheless. It prevents me from getting those last few reps in.
