Joined a new gym today

Went with the biggest gym in town, Omni. The owner/gm is a real class act, ex-WWE wrestler, great guy all-around, didn't try to upsell me the whole kit and kaboodle. Brand new Hammer strength equipment, great free-weight area, a Cardio theatre, and lcd's on every other piece of cardio equipment.

Tired of broken equipment, International Chest day Mondays, and trainers always trying to bother me during workouts at my old gym. I'll be paying $11 more a month but it's worth it.

Saturday is my chest day,followed by Sunday leg day....love it!

yeah I got an Omni up here where i'm at too, that place is bomb. I stick to the local underground all dudes hardcore blasting Korn 78% steroid guru's gym though.

I get pisssssed!! Like when you're doing leg extensions on a machine, and you go to do calf raises between the extension sets. Only to come back to grandma sitting on the machine you were using AND she has decided that she is going to do 50 reps at slowest fucking speed possible while remaining on the machine between sets!
