I live in MIRAMAR next to Pembroke Pines and I want to go north to GAINESVILLE because south florida is getting too congested.I can get more house for my money and some land as well.How is the life up there? I drive commercial rigs as a civillian and my wife is a nurse but I really have been looking hard at homes there on line and seen some very nice ones.How is alchua ? The taxes are low and all the college kids must make for some nice clubs and things? Give me some input if anyone can because I will be bringing the wife up there to look at homes in august and the more info the better!
