in the pine forests around Santa Fe Community College. That's what my roomate did.

I grew up in Gainesville. Lifted at Pete's and Gainesville Gym. Sorry to hear that Pete's is closed. I remember that G'ville Gym had an olympic lifting platform. I am moving back next year to finish my degree in Exercise Science at UF. Was thinking of trying to open my own gym... a man can dream can't he??!
