Ok finally figured out how to post a few pics in my gallery. They were taken on Nov 28th this year pre-HST cycle I'm now on.

Not gonna atach them here as files (takes to dam long to up-load) but they can be viewed under my gallery.

Coments are welcome but, No bashing please!!

Stats when pics were taken:
Age - 36
Weight - 209
Height - 6' 3"
BF % - 12-14

Lifting all natty and looking to add mass. Wanna see just what my genetic limits are at age 36 and just how big I can get naturally.

Sorry no leg shots,..will post them when I take new pics at the end of my HST cycle...and NO, I have no clue on how to pose!! :rolleyes:

Traing natural at your age, good luck with trying to add muscle. Seriously, good luck. Because it's like playing the powerball. Unless your testosterone is still at the same level as it was when you were 20.

hehehe One of those wish I knew then what I know now about lifting, things!! Jealous of the young blood out there for sure and wish I had the test rage I once did. Test levels do seem to be a little more invigorated since I've been hitting the gym a little more hard-core lately (just ask the wife) and I have indeed been adding some muscle mass. Best for me if in between programs I take a little more SD time off than may be normal for someone younger. Besides, "I'm to old to grow up!"

Seems to me that everyone here just gives bullshit opinions just to get karma? Tell the guy how it is. No beast, he doesnt look "solid"!

i disagree. if anything, people give soft opinions to encourage the person.

imo you can see from picture number 2 that johnycoco is well above average, imo. his posing needs a lot of work (johny, try to open up your pose more, youre hunching your shoulders/rolling htem forward far too much, and your elbows need to be as far as you can get them away from each other) but overall, i think he looks good. something that is imo lacking is his chest, which could be fuller. imo his rear delts need a bit more work as well, and the area of the trapezius above the rhomboids needs to be filled out a bit more, because as it is, there is a bit of a gap between his upper traps and his rhomboids.

guy is fairly developed, NATTY and TALL. hes done very well imo
 
I agree with GoldenD he is doing very well but his posing needs a little work. Johnny you need to post some wheel shots.

- Like I said in my first post,.dunno how to pose! Gonna have to pic up a BB mag and get some ideas.
- Wish I knew a good chest pose, chest is better developed than the pics show,..but yes, does still need work.
- Traps above Rhomboids? Whats the best excercise for this area?

Thanks Superqt!! By "wheel" shots I'm assuming ya mean the legs. When pics were taken legs were definately my week link and a bit embarrising,..but are now growing nicely. When starting my current HST cycle I took measurements, pics were taken, and these are the measurments from my jouranl Cut & Pasted for ya:

STATS as of 11-29-04:

Age - 36
Weight - 209
Height - 6' 3"
BF % - 12-14

BODY MEASUREMENTS:

Chest - 45"
Bi's - right = 18 1/4, left = 18
waist - 36
belly - 36.5
neck - 17 1/2
Quads - (dont laugh now) 25" Left & Right
Calves - (ok, really dont laugh now) 16 1/2 Right & 16 1/4 Left
(* I've got some long ass legs and they've been harder than hell to add mass to. I wont even tell ya where they were 3 years ago, but they are growing)

As ya can see I was a bit embarrased about my "wheels" when starting my journal. At 6'3" I've got some long ass legs and arms. Funny thing is my training partner has 17.5" Bi's and they look bigger than mine, he's at 5'8".
My jean size currently is 34W 34L to give ya an idea of the length of my legs.

Will take some "Wheel" Pics at the end of my current program for ya though.
 
heya just took a closer look and it jsut seems as if youre really well developed in the upper traps and muscles on your scapulae (shoulder blades) and the little 'hole' that is there is just the way youre built, nothing bad at all. probably because youre such a tall mofo

if you want to learn how to pose, arrange with one of the guys who has competed at your gym to show you how to hit a few poses, it can be quite hard doing it from a mag

If he doesnt look solid according to you, then you must look like absolute shit. What the fuck is so much better about your pictures? I definately cant see it. I tell it as I see it.
