Jogging and using dbol???????

maybe you could try riding a mountin bike?thats what i do for my cardio because i hate running...but i dont know how it would be while taking dbol since i never have

I get shin pumps so bad that I can't even walk while on dbol. This is after running or a very long walk. I hooked up with this girl at the beach last year. I had to walk home from her house at 4 in the morning. I was piss drunk and full of dbol. Of course the busses don't run at that time in the morning so I had to walk 45 blocks to my place. By about a 1/3 of the way I thought my shins were gonna explode. I seriously barely made it home. I was cussing that bitch for most of the way too. She wasn't that good of a fuck either. :blow:

OMG yeah I made the mistake of jogging one day while on D-Bol and the last part of my jog was going up a very steep hill and normally I could jog up that hill in 30-45 seconds, this one took me about 15 minutes because of shin pumps!! I was just praying to god someone would drive by and give me a ride home.

on dbol i only suffer from shin pumps and they hurttttttt like hell but when i get paid for tabbing (high speed walking) with stupid amount of weight on my back u cannt complain but f@@k me my shins hurt...
any tips or other steroids i could try to over come this or is it a case of grin and bare it as i tab for 10+ miles and boy it hurts me but u gotta do it

You can also get back pumps from things other than dbol too.

Earlier this year I was suffering from debilitating back pumps/cramps that would force me to lie down and rest my back after just half a mile of running. While lifting, I could finish my squat sets, but would have a hard time walking afterwards. I wasn't on dbol or any other steroid and it came on rather suddenly. This has happened before and really didn't seem to match up to the intensity or amount of weight I was lifting or any particular workout routine.

After trying potassium, chiropractors, and other remedies without any success, I happened to run out of creatine and didn't get anymore for three weeks. Suddenly my back issues went away completely and I could run several miles with no problems. I tried creatine for a few days again to see if it was the culprit, and sure enough my back pumps came back. It's probably caused by the same mechanism as dbol - water retention in your spinal errectors.

I had the same issue with my calves. They felt like they were going to burst when running or playing hockey. The pump passed, but it involved a lot of pain.

lol Why?? What are you guys talking about? Please tell me you guys arent getting "face pumps"? hahaha. Some guys truely do have a "muscle face" though hahaha. Look at Dorian Yates. Those face muscles sure got a good workout. Must have been eating lots of beef jerky when juicing!

Mavy try chewing some gum, The big round kind in the machines, The pumps in your jaw will almost disable your mouth.

I got shin pain so bad about 10 years ago from taking dianabol i had to have my outer shin operated on. They called it composit compund syndrome or something like that. Basically i was in the army at the time and taking a load of dianobol. All the running was killing me to the point where id run no more that 800 metres and then have to stop due to the immense pump in my calves. My lower leg bone actually started to bow with the pressure. Horrible. However ive never had a problem since, though ive never taken dianabol since.

i did a dbol only cycle and didn't experience back pumps. sounds like a good idea to do some running or other cardio if you don't have pain. this can reduce bloat. cardio is important for your heart, lungs etc. lifts your mood too.

you guy's are lucky, i have no choice. i have a p.t formation every day at 6:30, we do muscle failure every other day but we run every day, minimum 2 miles and sometimes up to 5. it is an experience i can tell you that.
