with me or against me?

Uh, yeah, he did a spectacular job decimating many an artist's career in the 40's and 50's.

was he ever convicted of anything?
he is so demonized, but from what i know about the dude
he did nothing un-consitutional

Well he was censured by the Senate.

Again -- when he claimed to have a list of Communists in his vest pocket, it was a lie, he had no list.

Stalin and Mao really liked purges too.

Your liberal parents must be pretty disappointed in your newly found right wing ways.

joe must have killed a lot of people to get put in the same category as stalin and mao!

Agreed. Terrible analogy.

The now grossly overused "witch hunt" analogy is actually spot on, as the indiscriminate, completely baseless accusations of the McCarthy blacklisting was identical in character to the Salem witch trials of the late 17th century American colonies.

a non-violent consitutional callout out of america's enemies from within seems completely reasonable and expected to me.

and the middle finger salute is believed to have been started by english long-bow men, who used their middle fingers to pull back the bow...when they were captured by the french, the french fuks would chop off their middle digit so they couldn't pull back the bow.
so to taunt the french the english would give the french the bird in defiance

Okay I have no idea what any of this shit means.

Ima color you all with my foot in your ass.

damning point hansel bro, damning point.
nazi'ism just never was considered as sexay as stalin-esqu communism.
o

Like they say winners of war write history.

Like they say winners of war write history.

that's true, but i think more figures into this.
like, the holacust had bodies that we (west) saw first hand.
plus the jews that bounced out in the 1930s were able to spread the word about nazi'ism.
but the shit that happened further east def didn't get the press.
and russians' were restricted to immigrate so they couldn't talk shit.

To what end? Who do you suppose America's "enemies from within" are? And what do you think will be accomplished by calling them out?

making the public aware so hopefully the collective will stop voting/supporting these tools and they fade into rich obscurity in socal.
violent and illegal means i am not supporting

Going back to McCarthy, we seem to have survived the dissenters of the '50s just fine. I dare say the witch hunt caused far more damage than was caused by a few people who dabbled in communism.

Who are you hoping to expose today, and what do you think they have damaged?
