Job offer while at Wal-Mart?

PHATchik

Studio Gangsta
Ok, I was looking at the CDs in the music dept. at Wal-Mart. This woman is standing looking at the same ones. She starts some small talk about one of the artists or something and then asks me if I am in school at the local college and what year. I tell her and we begin talking about school. Then she asks me if I have a job. I tell her I am looking. She introduces herself and pulls out a card. It has a website and everything on it. I give her my name and e-mail. Hmm, should I look into this? Or is this too fishy to be a good idea? WHile looking at CDs at Wal-Mart? Hmmmm.

look into it. A lot of customer reps go into the store to check displays all the time.

Of course, I hope she didn't think you were the WalMart door greeter on a break.

if you arrange a priovate meeting take a friend and a communication device.

don't trust anyone. be safe

i would snoop around first, if it was a rep from a big company then hell yeah pursue it, but if she working out of her apartment then screw it

what kind of web site was it? Did it require internet modeling. It could be legit and she just liked you. Or she might of reallly liked you?

Let's not think about how much she might have liked me. It required no modeling. It was for a small business that she had started I think. She said it was expanding.

It sounds weird, but there's no harm looking into it. But if anything smells fishy, forget about it.
