needsize i highly recommend you start lower than 4iu/day (1iu/day), and slowly ramp up to 4iu/day over a period of a month at least.

yeah I do 4ius a day, 2 in the morning 2 at night. Been using it last two cycles. This is the only two times I have used it so i am not an expert but I look hard like a mofo for one month out.

the very unsophisticated answer is you have less chance of your body rejecting it and resulting in very uncomfortable side effects like general joint stiffness and a carpal tunnel-like effect. don't underestimate the general joint stiffness either, i felt like i was 90 years old for a month or so there. i know some of you guys think 40's isn't that far off but believe me it's nothing like that. :) but i've done it both ways and the ramping, as far as i'm concerned, is the only way to go. just something to think about, good luck with it.

Does gh have to be taken 2x daily, and do people still do the 5 on 2 off approach, or ed now?

Yeah between the HGH and the 100mg ED winny I am crippled! I still did 225 for 25 Behind Neck Press Friday! Fuck the pain! Dig in and put up or shut up! The HGH leaned me out really fast. I have 4 weeks till the show and I am down. I plan on taking pics tomorrow. Will post them.

please tell me that 225/25 was in a smith machine or at least sitting. i do all of my shoulder presses standing up btw and 225/25 behind the head would be something to see like that imo.

damn, I've done 225 for 10 reps, but 25 and your only weeks weeks out from a show...
