JeSt3rs New Pics =/

hmmmmm...... you look good but I think your back is lacking muscle development. your traps could have some more size and your legs need to tone up.

you have a good base and your shoulders and arms are coming along nicely...... just add some chins, pull-ups, deads, squats and you will be fine.
eat clean and train hard !!! you look young so you have plenty of time to bulk and get huge.

Karma for posting pics

Common bro do some back exercises cause your back is flat like a....uhhhh piece of wood or something. Train hard and dont skip on doing the whole body man

do some back excersizes?! wtf are u serious...i KILL my back and IT DOESNT GROW

Wide pullups 12/7/6/5
Hyper Extesions 25 LB plate 20 reps/20 reps - 45 lb plate 15 reps
Cable rows 120 x 20 / 130 x 15 / 140 x 12
Bent rows on smith machine 135 x 12 / 145 x 10 / 150 x 8
this is what my back excersize looks like usually...i switch it up sometimes and put one arm DB rows in or sum shit like that...i duno why i dont grow...i eat like a motherf*cker...

Looks like your putting on some size. Looks like back could use some more work. Overall just be patient and KILL THAT SHIT consistently, train all muscles equally HARD. High volume/high intensity has always been my method of choice. Be sure to EAT ALOT also. KEEP IT UP!!

you look pretty good but your back needs alot of work. make sure your really focusing on the back muscles in your exersises instead of using all Bi's. lower the weight if you have to and dont do whatever it takes to move the weight, make sure your really FEELING it

hmm.. yeah i was wondering about the 3 back links that looked very similar;) How long have you been lifting? You've got a good base to work with.. like the old saying goes.. KILLING THAT SHIT!!! :)

bro, I would focus on diet. Your back may not look as weak if you were leaner. Tighten your diet up and I bet people here will be saying your back looks great. But you look right now to be over 20% bf, get that down below 12% and you will look entirely different.

You definitely are overtraining. Go to the excercise forum and post your whole body routine.

lay off the crack please.......... this guy looks to be like 11 - 15 % bodyfat.

the reason his back looks under developed is because he is not training it properly maybe, or that is the way his genetics are....... he is also very young and will thicken out with age. just keep a clean diet and do what i said in my post above this one.

you will be fine

My best friend at your age had a very similar build and the same problem with adding size. That was over 10 years ago, but I can offer what we learned.

You may not eating enough. You could be eating 4000 calories a day, but if your goal is to grow, even add only LBM, you're not eating enough for *your* metabolism.

If something doesn't start to work for you after 6-8 weeks, you have to switch it up, but don't get frustrated. It took me 10 years to figure out what *my* optimal routines were.

High rep routines do not add mass for me. I keep my sets to 10 reps or less. I do 4 sets of each exercise. If I get 10 on my fourth set, I go up in weight and do a 5th set, but that's rare.

A couple years ago I tried something a little unconventional and started doing back + shoulders on the same day. I tried to do opposing movements for every exercise. For example, I'd start with pullups, then do shoulder presses, then rows, then lateral raises, etc. I'd alternate pushing then pulling movements. The results were nothing short of amazing. I got stronger faster than I ever had before.

I'm not saying any or all or this will work for you, but if you're not seeing what you want to see, try something a little different. I'm 30 now and I lift heavier than I did when I was 20. It's all about figuring out what works for you.

Look Mikeyboy, this guy is not in bad shape and has potential but he's nowhere near 11%. I don't care how under developed his back is at 11 or even 13 he would have some seperation. Also look at the area around his obliques and his legs. At 11% he would be really lean with abs that really stand out. Most people have no clue what their bodyfat is and most think they are much lower than they are. 10% is Mens Health cover type physique. 7-8% is typical in a smaller BB show and 5% is shredded and impossible to maintain. Does this guy look like he's anywhere near ready for a photo shoot? Hell no! I may be a little high at 20% but no way he's lower than 18%. NO WAY! I am at 11% right now myself (I'm usually 9 in the summer and 11 in the winter) and I am way more defined than this guy, it's not even close. And by the way I don't do crack, it has a negative synergistic effect on the test and winnie I'm taking.

ok tkae it easy both of u....dont fight now...those pics are blurry and from a shitty camera...ill get my bros Sony camera and take new ones...when i get those then u guys can fight...thanks to everyone who is giving me a good opinion and good advice...

For me to get any decent back development I really had to focus on squeezing the lats on every rep. I could do weighted chins with 90 lbs but my lats were still shitty. Now I focus on flexing my lats hard through the entire movement especially on the bottom of the rep where the biceps tend to do most of the intitial pull. For me the mind-muscle connection when working the back is really critical otherwise my shoulders and/or biceps end up doing most of the work.

funny man...... Ok I believe ya !!! LOL

The routine may be a problem. Post up your diet. That is the most important thing that we need to look at.

for your back i would say just go super heavy on the dumb bell rows. i had problems with my back then started hitting those hard. low reps high weight. next thing i knew my back was my strongest and best body part, and probably still is. not sure because its hard to look at my back because.......... yeah, its in the back :)

20%? Doubt he is 20 BF. But, I'd start doing legs asap!

I don't think you are doing back right. I'm going to bet all the money in the world you are using more biceps and not PULLING with your back. Its all about mind/muscle connection. YOu have to FEEL your back. Its not about the weight its about the FEEL.

Heres what I would focus on. YOu don't need deadlifts

Weighted pullups
barbell rows
close grib cable rows
Machine rows

OK, you have low BF so that's better than being fat. You need to STOP doing 12-20 reps. You're training in the opposite direction. You need to up the weight on every exercise and do 8/6/4/2 and shock the shit out of your body.

High reps along with light weight only makes a muscle build endurance and not size because of the long duration.

Add some weight to your wide chins with a belt. Get rid of the hyperextensions and the smith machine rows. Keep the cable rows, throw in heavy one arm db rows for mid back thickness. Deadlifts must be in there too. Do some research and make sure you're doing every exercise correctly with strict movement. You'll be good to go.

looking good keep up the hard work, listen to toxic

I disagree with this. They are such a shock to the CNS that if they are done it should only be once a month or so. I did deadlifts for a year straight, didn't see gains. Stopped doing them and my back started to grow again.
